HOW TO PREVENT HEART DISEASE

Below are some very easy steps that you can take to prevent being attacked by the world killer- HEART ATTACK.
First on the list is no SMOKING. Then have your blood pressure checked periodically. watch your cholesterol level, treat and control blood sugar, eat healthy, keep your Body Mass Index at below 25. Maintain a waist measurement of 35 inches and below and last but not least, do exercise regularly.
